March 4 - Support Group with pre-Breathwork option
Register for the Virtual Support Group with the option to join for a 30 minute pre-breathwork session prior to the Support Group. The Breathwork session starts 30 minutes prior to the advertised Support Group time. Example, if the Support Group starts at 9:00 p.m. EST, Breathwork would start at 8:30 p.m.
If you would like to join for the pre-Breathwork session, please indicate an option with Breathwork when you register.
Location: Zoom (link to be set the day prior to the support group)
Price: All of our QDC Support Groups are pay what you can. Please pay the price that fits best with your budget. The general cost of groups is $15/person without Breathwork and $25/person with Breathwork.
